Items:
We will always quality-check items before they leave our warehouse. It is your responsibility to check the goods on arrival before signing for them and to bring it to the attention of the courier company or BikeSale team member at the time of delivery if they are damaged. paul@bikesale.co.nz
We are unable to deliver items to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address.

P&A (small parts & accessories) Orders under $200.00 = $9.99 *** Rural Parcel Length Limit of 1.5m *** Items over this length will be required to be picked up from a city depo ***
P&A (small parts, helmets & accessories) Over under $200.00 = $ free *** Rural Parcel Length Limit of 1.5m *** Items over this length will be required to be picked up from a city depo ***
Bikes/big items: North Island $35 *** Rural Parcel Length Limit of 1.5m *** Items over this length will be required to be picked up from a city depo ***
Bikes/big items: South Island $65 *** Rural Parcel Length Limit of 1.5m *** Items over this length will be required to be picked up from a city depo ***

Normal shipping
Delivery times are generally 2-4 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for Rural delivery. During peak season, delivery times can be extended up to 5 days. We dispatch your order as soon as we can, but at times suppliers or special requests mean, this may take a little longer.

Some items (bikes) can be sent directly to your door!
Safety of the rider assembling and using this bike is super important to us!
Bikes can be sent to a local bike store near you if you wish for the final items to be fitted. (most common items are fitting pedals, straighten handle bars and fitting front wheel which typically takes 30-60mins total). If you don't believe you can do this, no worries we can arrange for it to be done for you, a building fee may apply from $50-$149 due to any local store not wanting to work for free.
All repairs / tweaks will need to go to a local store anytime you need one. We suggest getting your bike checked over at least each 6 months. This is at your own cost.
